The cobble stoned streets, endless canals, charming architecture, and relaxed Dutch lifestyle make Amsterdam a great place for your engagement photos.

Not too far from Amsterdam is the wonderful quaint windmill village of Zaanse Schans. Here, multiple colorful windmills and traditional wooden houses dot the landscape. Being located so close to Amsterdam makes this place a perfect add-on for any engagement photoshoot in Amsterdam.

Engagement photoshoot in the tulip fields and Keukenhof

If you happen to visit the Netherlands in April, you have the option to combine your engagement photoshoot in Amsterdam with the iconic tulip fields. Every year in the month of April, millions of tulips bloom in the fields near Amsterdam, drawing people from all over to visit this unique spectacle. From bright red to soft pink and deep purple, the choice is all yours!

And then there’s the Keukenhof flower gardens, located in the middle of the tulip fields. This beautiful flower park allows you to wander around through a variety of different flower species, all perfectly manicured on intricately designed landscapes. I will take you around late in the day to avoid all the crowds and guide you through the park to the best photos spots. You won’t be disappointed! 🙂
