Hien And Thanh’s wedding was very special. They were both born in Vietnam but moved to the Netherlands at a very early age. Their Vietnamese traditions still carry on, including on their wedding day.
The day began with Hien and Thanh in traditional Vietnamese dress and gown. At the start of the day, the whole family gathered for a tea ceremony and to exchange gifts and some words to each other’s family. The official ceremony took place outdoors at the De Wolfsberg, a quiet venue overlooking the hilly Dutch countryside, on a sunny summer afternoon. Hien changed into a beautiful white dress, Thanh into a styling gray suit, and the rest, well…is history.
