In the Netherlands we’re never too optimistic about the weather. That’s just the way the Dutch have adapted and have accepted the fact that the weather here is always unpredictable. This year was one of our warmest winters and so getting married in February did not necessarily mean snow.
Annemiek and Pim planned to exchange their vows on Valentine’s Day and chose the beautiful Huize Rustoord mansion to celebrate their love for one another with all their friends and family. What they did not plan was that it would snow on their wedding day. The sudden snowfall in the afternoon didn’t faze Annemiek in the slightest – after all she had already packed her winter fleece just in case. It didn’t stop them from braving the icy ground and freezing temperatures to frolic for wintery photos. They were both great sports!
The whole day was planned to perfection by the amazing Chantal of Chantal Jansen Event & Organisatie. A beautiful ceremony inside one of the art rooms was followed by a gorgeous reception where an artist painted a scene from the wedding as it was unfolding…talk about original! All of this was accompanied by a live band known for their gypsy jazz music. To top off this great day, a fireworks display lit up the cold winter night to everyone’s delight.Watch Full Movie Online Streaming Online and Download
