Anne and Thomas contacted me a while ago to shoot their wedding at Domaine en Orangerie d’Heerstaayen. I had never heard of this venue, so I decided to look it up on the internet. I was instantly drawn to it since this location is reminiscent of the countryside in France. The Domaine en Orangerie d’Heerstaayen is actually located right on the border of the Netherlands and Belgium and has a very rustic and romantic feel. They even make their own wines there!
Anne and Thomas selected their color theme to be yellow, which was put into as many details as possible including lemons which hung from the ceiling lamps. Their wedding cake was decorated with lemons and all the guests wore a touch of yellow.
After the ceremony, Anne and Thomas had arranged for the live tango quintet band to play, which went perfectly with the romantic location.
